Part 1 of 5 I can feel the cold, sharp wind cutting through my clothes. Nicking my skin like microscopic razors. I frown at myself for not buying a larger cap, and even though my hands feel quite frozen, I take them out of my coat pockets to catch my hat that the wind so furiously keeps blustering around. I place it firmly in my coat pocket and braid my hair facing towards the wind while doing so, as to keep my locks out of my eyes. I pull my cap back on forcefully as to keep it from being bullied around by this persistent wind and trudge on.

The SicknessI can feel it running through me. In my body, my blood, my veins. My vision is hazed, I'm weak, I'm tired. It's so hard to progress, but I push harder. However, I come up short. I want you here to help comfor me. Make this sickness go away. As I fall unto softness, I search for warmth to help me heal. Searching, waiting, hoping. Nothing. My body begins to become numb. No longer can I feel my own fingertips, for they are ice. Vulnerable to the pain and cold piercing through me, I lay with my eyes burning from fatigue. Will I ever be normal again?
